摘要 脑血管痉挛(cerebral vasospasm,CVS)是动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage,aSAH)后危险的并发症,是蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)患者致死和致残的重要原因。虽然SAH后CVS的确切发病机制尚未完全清楚,但内皮细胞功能障碍相关因素所起的作用已经得到广泛认可,而且与其相关的药物治疗也越来越受到临床实践者的重视。有鉴于此,文中对SAH后CVS内皮细胞功能障碍相关因素和治疗作一综述。 Cerebral vasospasm (CVS) is a dangerous complication of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH), and it is the main cause of death and disability in SAH patients. The exact underlying pathogenic mechanisms of CVS remain poorly under- stood. However, the important roles of those elements related to endothelial dysfunction in the development of CVS have been widely recognized and its treatments have attracted much more attentions. The purpose of this review is to provide an overview of the pathogen- esis and drug treatments about endothelial dysfunction in CVS.
