摘要
脑弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)是一种以脑深部神经轴索肿胀、断裂为特征的脑损伤的严重类型,重残率及病死率都很高,因此早期准确诊断和治疗至关重要。影像学检查为其主要检查手段,随着软件、硬件的不断更新及新技术的研发和应用,以磁共振新技术为代表的检查手段在DAI的诊断中发挥越来越重要的作用。现将影像学诊断尤其是MRI各个序列对DAI的应用情况进行综述。
Diffuse axonal injury (DAI) is a serious type of traumatic brain injury, with the characteristic of neuraxon swelling and fracture in deep brain, and high disability and mortality rate. Therefore, it is most important that DAI could be early and accurately diagnosed, then treated. Medical imaging is the main diag- nosing method. With updates of medical equipment and software, new sequences of MRI are playing more and more important roles in diagnosis of DAI,with more advantages over CT.
