早期康复锻炼对脑出血偏瘫患者肌力恢复及血肿扩大的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究早期康复锻炼对脑出血偏瘫患者肌力恢复及血肿扩大的影响。方法:选择具有偏瘫的急性脑出血患者83例,随机分为早期康复锻炼组与对照组。两组病例均接受神经内科常规治疗,锻炼组入院24小时后进行早期康复锻炼,对照组只按一般护理,2周后进行功能锻炼。两组入院1周后复查头颅CT,如病情变化加重随时复查头颅CT,检查有无血肿扩大;治疗4周后按Brunnstrom肌力分级评定比较。结果:早期康复锻炼组患者肌力恢复明显优于对照组(P<0.05),发生血肿扩大两组对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论:早期康复锻炼明显改善脑出血偏瘫患者肢体运动功能,而不增加血肿扩大的危险性。
