摘要
目的分析综合康复护理对脑出血偏瘫患者肢体运动功能恢复的影响。方法选取本院2016年4月至2017年2月收治的98例脑出血偏瘫患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各49例,对比两组患者治疗前后的运动功能。结果护理后观察组FMA评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理应用于脑出血偏瘫患者有助于肢体运动功能恢复,具有积极的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on motor function recovery of hemiplegia patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 98 patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into observation group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases). The motor function of the two groups was compared before and after treatment. Results The score of FMA in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing applied to hemiplegia patients with cerebral hemorrhage is helpful to the recovery of limb motor function,which has a positive clinical value.
