摘要
采用数值模拟的方法研究了某小型斜流压气机内部三维流动,分别对设计转速和80%设计转速进行了数值模拟计算。分析了在两种转速下的特性曲线,研究了气流的流动状态,归纳总结了造成斜流压气机损失的主要原因。结果表明,在设计转速时达到的最高效率约为0.63,在80%转速下能达到的最高效率约为0.80;斜流压气机的损失在斜流叶轮上和轴向扩压器上均较为明显,且在第二级轴向扩压器上的损失最为严重。
A small mixed- flow compressor is investigated by using the method of numerical simulation. Both the designed speed and the 80% - designed speed are calculated. And the characteristic curves and the air flow flowing state are studied. Furthermore, conclude the main reasons of the loss in the mixed flow compressor. Results show that peak efficiency at the designed- speed is 0.63 ,while ,it is 0.80 at the 80% designed- speed ; the loss of the compressor is evident in both the impeller and the axial diffuses, especial- ly in the second axial diffuse.
