摘要
考虑了近叶片相互作用,首次推出了周期非定常来流作用下环列叶栅叶片上不稳定脉动力计算公式.利用此方法可确定在叶轮叶片粘性尾迹作用下扩压器叶片上所受的不稳定脉动力.由计算公式可计算出叶轮结构参数、气流参数、扩压器叶片几何参数、扩压器叶片气流攻角等对扩压器叶片上不稳定脉动力的影响,为设计低噪声离心压缩机、通风机提供理论依据.
interaction among blades is considered and the calculation formula of unsteady pulsating force on the annular cascade caused by periodic unsteady flow is derived. Using this method, unsteady pulsating force acting on the diffuser blades caused by viscous wakes behind the rotor can be determined. From the formula, the influence of structure parameter of rotor, gas flow parameters, geometry parameters of diffuser blade, and attack angle of diffuser blade on the unsteady pulsating force acting on the diffuser blades can be determined so as to design a centrifugal compressor and ventilator with low noise.
