摘要
在统计分析的基础上,可将新疆维吾尔自治区14个地州市分为三类。三类地区在卫生人力资源分布上存在明显差异、主要卫生人力资源分布不公平。与2010年相比,2015年阿克苏地区卫生人力资源增长比例最大,乌鲁木齐市保持持续增长,吐鲁番地区增长相对较慢。应当以区域分类指导卫生人力资源合理配置,提高卫生人力资源配置公平性,作出卫生人力资源调整的科学推断。
On the statistical basis, this paper divides Xinjiang into three categories in line with the drastic distributory differences of HR in health division. Compared with that in 2010, health HR in Aksu will see the biggest increase in 2015, Urumqi will maintain a steady growth and Turpan will have a slow increase. Efforts must be made to guide the resource allocation in light of the categories, to liftup the equality of health HR distribution and make scientific predictions in health HR adjustment.
