摘要
根据地貌、水文、灾害等要素,结合经济社会发展及林业生态建设方向,明确了浙江省长防林三期工程建设范围,并将长防林三期体系划分为三个综合治理区。在此基础上,根据项目区水土流失、生态状况及生态防护功能的需要,在省级层面上提出了四个重点建设工程,明确了主攻方向及建设规模。
This paper aims at introducing the construction range of Phrase three. Three comprehensive administration areas have been set up according to the landform, hydrology and disaster resistance of the area, social and economic development and ecological construction concerns. Four construction projects at provincial level are put forward to prevent soil erosion and meet other ecological protection needs. Mainwhile, a work priority and the projects construction range have been settled.
