摘要
近年来,CT已成为诊断体内各部位肿瘤的重要的手段,在肿瘤的早期诊断和鉴别诊断及肿瘤治疗后随访等方面意义重大。肾癌是泌尿系常见的恶性肿瘤,目前CT是诊断肾细胞癌最有价值的检查手段之一,当肿瘤较大或较小时需与其他肿瘤相鉴别,对肿瘤术前进行准确CT分期可为临床制订治疗方案和预后评估提供重要依据。
In recent years, CT has become a very important means for diagnosis of various parts of tumors in vivo,it is particularly significant in the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cancer and the follow - up after treatment. Kidney cancer is a common urinary tract cancer. Currently CT is one of the most valuable checking means for diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. When the tumor is larger or smaller, it must be differen- tiated from other tumors. Accurate preoperative tumor CT staging can provide an important basis for clinical. treatment plan formulation and prognosis estimation.
