摘要
目的探讨CT尿路造影在肾盂输尿管癌诊断和分期中的价值。方法对89例可疑肾盂输尿管肿瘤患者进行CT尿路造影检查,将其结果与术后病理检查结果进行比较。结果根据CT尿路造影诊断为肾盂癌62例、输尿管癌26例、输尿管狭窄1例,其中9例为多中心尿路上皮癌。病理检查显示CT尿路造影对肾盂输尿管癌诊断和分期的准确率分别为96.6%(86/89)和90.7%(78/86)。对邻近组织浸润检测的敏感度和特异度分别为85.2%(23/27)和93.2%(55/59)。结论CT尿路造影可以准确地对肾盂输尿管癌进行诊断和分期,可能成为上尿路上皮肿瘤的首选检查方法。
