摘要
目的优化九香虫蛋白质的酶解工艺条件。方法采用响应面分析法,优化酶法水解九香虫蛋白质的工艺条件,探讨酶浓度、pH、固液比和酶解温度对九香虫蛋白水解度的影响。结果九香虫蛋白的最佳酶解工艺条件为:温度60℃、pH为5.0、固液比1∶7。在此条件下,氨基氮的理论最大提取得率为1.22%。结论该工艺提取得率高、操作简便,易于工业化大生产。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the protein hydrolysis process of Aspongopus chinensis Dallas by response surface methodology.METHODS A three-level,three-variable design was employed to obtain a high amino nitrogen yield from Aspongopus chinensis Dallas by protein hydrolysis.RESULTS The experimental yield was 1.22%,when the protein hydrolysis with the following operational parameters:temperature 60℃,pH 5.0,and solid-liquid ratio 1∶7.CONCLUSION The method to extract amino nitrogen from Aspongopus chinensis Dallas is simple and feasible.It can provide the scientific basis for further development of Aspongopus chinensis Dallas.
