摘要
[目的]观察针灸结合中药治疗阴虚血瘀型干燥综合征的临床疗效。[方法]将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组30例,应用燥痹协议方治疗;治疗组30例,在对照组的基础上采用毫针针刺治疗,15d为1个疗程,比较两组的疗效。[结果]两组患者在口干、眼干症状治疗前后比较,差异有显著性意义;两组患者在唾液流率、泪液分泌量指标治疗前后比较差异有显著性意义;对照组总有效率76.67%,治疗组总有效率90%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针药合用治疗阴虚血瘀型干燥综合征疗效显著。
[ Objective]To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and TCM for yin deficiency and blood stasis type primary sjogren syndrome. [ Methods] 60 patients were randomly divided into control group（30 ca- ses,using zaobi fang）and treatment group （30 cases, combining acupuncture on the basis of the control group）. A course of treatment was 15 days. ~Results~ There were significant differences of symptom with dry mouth and dry eye of two groups before and after the treatment. There were significant differences of the a- mount of tear secretion and saliva flow rate of two groups before and after the treatment. The total effective rate was 76.67% for control group and 90% for treatment group. The treatment group was better than the control group（P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] Acupuncture and TCM shows good curative effect in treatment of yin defi- ciency and blood stasis type primary sioren syndrome.
