摘要
目的:观察生津养血颗粒剂对干燥综合征合并血液系统受累的治疗效果。方法:50例干燥综合征合并有血细胞减少的患者,服用生津养血颗粒剂3个月,观察其治疗前后口干、眼干等症候积分的改善;唾液流量、泪流量的前后比较以及治疗前后血细胞指标的变化。结果:50例患者治疗前后的口干、鼻干、皮肤干、大便干的症候积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后的眼干症状有改善,但积分比较前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗前后的唾液流量比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗后的泪流量较治疗前有所改善,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗前后的血细胞指标比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:按"津血同源"论制定的复方制剂生津养血颗粒,有很好的改善干燥综合征合并血液系统受累的临床效果。
Objectives： To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of ShengJingYangXue granules on treating Sjogren syn- drome complicated with hematological diseases. Methods ： After 50 cases of Sjogren syndrome patients complicated with cytopenia for 3 months, the symptom score, saliva flow rates, tear production rate, blood cell indexes were observed between pre and post treatment. Results ： The points of dry mouth, dry nose, dry skin and dry stool of 50 cases had significant differenvces （ P 〈 0.05 ） between pre and post treatment. The symptom of dry eyes had been improved, but there was no significant differences （P 〉 0. 05） . The saliva flow rates and blood cell indexes showed significant differences （P 〈 0. 01） . But there was no significant differences in tear production rate （ P 〉 0. 01 ） . Conclusions ： The compound preparation ShengJingYangXue granules basing on the Qi and Blood having the same source, can improve the clinical effect on Sjogren syndrome complicated with hematological diseases.
