摘要
[目的]观察中药疏肝降逆汤治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。[方法]对胃食管反流病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组35例予中药汤剂疏肝降逆汤口服治疗,治疗组25例予以埃索美拉唑40mg,qd,吗丁啉10mg,Tid口服。[结果]治疗组35例,治愈14例,显效12例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率94.2%。治疗组在临床疗效及胃镜下食管黏膜炎症改善情况明显优于对照组。[结论]中药疏肝降逆汤治疗胃食管反流病有较好疗效。
[ Objective ] To observe the clinical efficacy of the of Shugan Jiangni decoction treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. [ Methods ] Gastroesophageal reflux patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Treatment group, 35 cases to Shugan Jiangni decoction treatment group with 25 cases of Esomeprazole 40mg, qd, Domperidone 10rag, Tid oral treatment. [Results] Treatment group total 35 cases, 14 cases cured, 12 cases markedly effective in 7 cases, 2 cases noneffective, total effective rate was 94.2%. Treatment group in the clinical efficacy of endoscopic esophageal mucosal inflammation to improve the situation much better than the control group. [ Conclusion ~ The traditional Chinese medicine the Shugan Jiangni soup for gastroesophageal reflux disease has a good effect.
