摘要
南京国民政府建立后 ,在资源开发、交通改善以及政府推动的合力推动下 ,苏北工业规模有所扩大 ,工业结构逐步优化、日趋合理 ,工业布局进一步由沿河转向沿路。但苏北工业发展与同期苏南工业发展相比 ,在发展速度、部门配置、技术水平、资本集中等方面都有较大差距 ,其原因在于资金、人才、市场。
With the exploitation of the resources, the improvement of the transportation and the support of the government, the industry of Northern Jiangsu has been developed after the foundation of Nanjing Kuomingtang Government; the industrial scale has been enlarged; the industrial structure has been optimized and is becoming more and more reasonable; the industrial layout alongside the river has been transferred along the road. However, compared with the industrial development of Southern Jiangsu in the corresponding period, that is still far behind in such aspects as the speed of development, the disposal of departments, the level of technology, and the accumulation of capital. This is mainly because of the limitation of fund, talent, market, and the government, etc.
