摘要
目的为了更好的提高盘点准确率对过去的盘点结果进行分析。方法选择我院门诊西药房2010年5月至2011年5月的盘点数据,对盘点总金额的盈亏比例,帐物符合程度进行统计分析。结果盈亏比例符合要求;帐物符合度从90%提高到94%左右。造成盘点误差的因素主要为基数药品,门诊患者取药的不确定性及退换药等。结论合理安排人员,科学设计盘点表及进行盘点结果分析可以提高盘点的准确率,进一步的改进措施包括二级库存的建立等。
Objective In order to improve the accuracy of the drug stocktaking,the stocktaking results of past one year were analysis.Methods Statistical analysis the profit and loss ratios of the total money,and the account match case ratios of the drug stocktaking results from May,2010 to May,2011.Results The profit and loss proportion can meet the requirement.The account match case ratio raised from 90% to 94%.While the inventory error is caused by the factors such as base medicine,the uncertainty of medicine taken and changed of outpatients.Conclusion Reasonable arrangement of staff and scientific design of the stocktaking sheet were the reason of the improved of the accuracy.For further improvement,the second stock building of the base medicine is most important.
