摘要
目的:制备雷贝拉唑钠肠溶微丸。方法:采用多功能制粒包衣机制备雷贝拉唑钠肠溶微丸,并且通过粒度分布、脆碎度、含量、有关物质、耐酸力和释放度对雷贝拉唑钠肠溶微丸进行质量探讨。结果:所得肠溶微丸16～24目,质量均一,耐酸力95%,释放度90%。结论:采用离心造粒法成功地制备了雷贝拉唑钠肠溶微丸。
Objective： To prepare enteric-coated pellets of Rabeprazole sodium. Methods： Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated peliets were prepared by the centrifugal granulation equipment and Rabeprazole sodium peliets discussed on quality through particle size distribution, fragility, determination, related substance, release and dissloution. Results： The pellets was between 16-24 meshes, quality uniformity, the disso1ution was 95% and the release was 90%. Conclusion： Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated pellets can be prepared by the centrifugal granulation equipment.
