摘要
目的了解涉外护理本科生评判性思维态度倾向性的现状。方法方便性抽样选取南通大学护理学院2008级涉外护理专业70名本科护生,对其进行一般资料以及中文版加利福尼亚评判性思维情感倾向问卷(critical thinking disposition in-ventory-Chinese version,CTDI-CV)的调查。结果护生的CTDI-CV总分为(288.29±24.06)分,其中"寻找真相"、"系统化能力"和"评判性思维的自信心"三个维度得分最低;学生干部在"寻找真相"上得分低于非学生干部,在"评判性思维的自信心"上高于非学生干部,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);家庭居住地为农村的护生在"寻找真相"和"系统化能力"上高于家庭居住地为城市的护生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护生的总评成绩与CTDI-CV没有相关性(P>0.05)。结论涉外护理本科生评判性思维倾向性为正性,但在"寻找真相"、"系统化能力"和"评判性思维的自信心"维度上有待进一步提高。
Objective To investigate the tendency of critical thinking attitude among undergraduates of foreign nursing specialty. Methods Using convenience sampling,70 undergraduates of foreign nursing specialty of grade 2008 in the school were selected to be surveyed on their general information with critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version （CTDI-CV）. Results The total score of the nursing under- graduates was 288. 29 ＋24. 06, of which the lowest scores lied in the three dimensions of ＂finding the truth＂ ,＂systematic capacity＇and ＂confidence in critical thinking＂. Compared with non-student leaders, the score of ＂finding the truth＂ was significantly lower and that of ＂confidence in critical thinking＇was signifi- cantly higher in student leaders（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Compared with those living in cities, the scores of ＂finding the truth＂ and ＂systematic capacity＇were significantly higher in the nursing undergraduates from rural areas（P〈0.05）. No significant correlation was observed between the total scores and CTDI-CV in the foreign nursing undergraduates （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The undergraduates of foreign nursing specialty show a positive tendency in critical thinking attitude. Further improvements, however,are suggested in the three dimensions of ＂finding the truth＂ ,＂systematic capacity＇and ＂confidence in critical thinking＂.
