摘要
工程项目在企业经营中发挥着越来越重要的主导作用,然而却存在着项目成本管理粗放、成本控制不到位等问题。针对目前公路市场现状,以项目成本管理得失为例,提出项目成本可视化管理模式。
Though engineering project plays a more and more important leading role in business operation, problems still exist, such as extensive project cost management and lack of cost management. Based on the current situation of highway market and taking gain and loss of project cost management as an example, visual management of engineering project cost is put forward.
