摘要
随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善,最近几年我国的建筑市场迅猛发展,成本控制方法在此趋势下获得极大发展,市场竞争愈发激烈。为此,本文主要分析了我国工程建筑中成本控制的现状问题,并从几方面浅谈了如何实现工程建筑成本的有效控制。
With the improvement of the socialist market economy, China’s construction market has rapid development in recent years, cost control method got great development in this trend, and the market competition is increasingly intense. Therefore, this paper analyzes the present situation of the cost control of engineering construction in our country, discusses how to realize the effective control of the project construction cost from several aspects.
