苜蓿、葛根、苦荞对生长肥育猪氨基酸沉积的营养调控 被引量:3

Nutritive Manipulation of Alfalfa,Kudzu Root and Buckwheat on Deposition of Amino Acids form Growing-finishing Pigs

摘要 为给毕节地区特色饲料资源的开发利用提供技术参数,选用8周龄、(19.37±1.59)kg的长白×大白毕节外二元型生长肥育猪51头,采用生长试验+比较屠宰试验,研究苜蓿、葛根、苦荞对20~110kg生长肥育猪氨基酸沉积的营养调控。结果表明:1)每千克自然增重的D-Lys需要量为(20.96-0.11BW)g;苜蓿、葛根、苦荞对氨基酸沉积的影响,对照组相比,20~50kg体重段未见明显影响,50~80kg体重段提高0.46%~14.88%,80~110kg体重段提高21.71%~33.05%。2)以D-Lys沉积量为100,毕节外二元型生长肥育猪可消化必需氨基酸需要量模型为Thr 58、Val 64、Met 27、Ile 51、Leu 95、Phe 56、His 41和Arg 91;苜蓿、葛根、苦荞对生长肥育猪氨基酸的沉积具有正调控作用。 For the purpose of providing technical parameters for the development and utilization of characteristic feed resources in Bijie County, fifty-one crossbred growing-finishing pigs of eight weeks old Landrace Large-White with the body weight of (19. 37- 1. 59) kg were selected to study the nutritive manipulation of Alfalfa, Kudzu root and Buckwheat on deposition regularity of amino acids in crossbred growing-finishing pigs by using of growth experiments and comparative slaughter trails. The results indicated that the requirement of D-Lys was (20.96--0.11 BW) g/kg gain for growth among 20 to 110 kg body weight. Alfalfa, Kudzu root and Buckwheat had effects on the deposition of amino acids. Compared with control group, there was no significant effect for 20-50 kg growth periods and increased by 0. 46% to 14. 88% and 21.71% to 33.05% for 50-80 kg and 80-110 kg growth periods respectively. Taking D- Lys as 100, the digested essential amino acids pattern of requirement for crossbred growing-finishing pigs in Biiie County was: Lys 100, Thr 58, Val 64, Met 27, Ile 51, Leu 95, Phe 56, His 41, Arg 91. Alfalfa, Kudzu root and Buckwheat had a positive manipulation effect on the deposition of amino acids.
