摘要
近年来一些高校学报对来稿作者的身份设置了限制条件,拒收出自"小单位"、"低职称"作者的论文。对此予以关注和批判,认为这样做有违"双百方针"和学术期刊编辑的职业道德,是与高校学报的发展方向不相符的一种渎职行为。
In recent years, a number of academic journals have imposed restrictions on author＇ s identity to reject papers from ＂small units＂ or ＂lower academic titles＂. This paper argues that doing so would be against the policy of letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend and transgress the professional ethics of academic editors. It is a malpractice deviating from the development trend of the academic journals of higher learning.
