学术质量是衡量高校学报影响力的重要标准。保持高校学报的学术本色既是历史和社会赋予学报编辑工作者的使命,也是贯彻党的出版方针的需要。面对激烈的竞争和浮躁的学术环境,高校学报只有保持其学术本色,不断提高学术质量,才能够健康发展。
The academic quality is an important criterion which measures the influence of the Journals.
