摘要
目前,高职院校教师绩效的管理仍存在一些问题,将企业绩效考核体系引入高职院校教师绩效考核是可行的.将平衡计分卡方法应用于高职院校可以使高职院校教师的绩效考核得到改进.
Regarding the performance management, this paper discusses the introduction of the busi- ness performance evaluation by means of the balance scorecard method, in the hope of improvement of teaching performance appraisal in vocational colleges.
