摘要
以海南为例,通过对海南农民科技信息意识现状进行了问卷调查,根据调查结果对现状及影响因素进行分析。分析结果表明当前海南农民科技信息意识普遍较低,其影响因素主要有农民自身的受教育水平和收入水平不高、信息基础设施建设缓慢、科技信息服务体系不完善等。针对这几个影响因素提出提高海南农民文化素质水平、加快农业产业化、加快信息基础设施建设以及完善科技信息服务体系等对策。
According to the questionnaire investigation on the sci-tech information consciousness of Hainan peasants, in the article the current situation and influential factors were analyzed. The analysis showed that, at present, there were some significant factors affecting the enhancement of the sci-tech information consciousness of Hainan peasants, such as the low educational level and income, the slow construction of information infrastructure and the inadequate sci-tech information service system. In view of the above main factors, several ways were proposed in this article. It will be of great help by elevating the educational level of Hainan peasants, speeding up the agricultural industrialization, quickening the construction of information infrastructure and perfecting the sci-tech information service system.
