摘要
针对现有消防车载消防炮在使用时,消防人员不能在驾驶室内直接感知并调整车外消防炮指向的缺点,设计一种消防车用消防炮控制系统。通过控制车内模型消防炮的转向,使车外消防炮实时跟随车内模型消防炮转动。采用电阻式传感器和脉冲编码器检测角度信息,采用AVR单片机Atme-gal6完成驾驶室模型炮控制系统的控制,采用STM32单片机完成车外喷嘴指向控制系统的控制。
Aiming at the problem that the fireman can not feet and adjust the direction of fire cannon immediately without getting out of the car when using the fire instruments nowadays, a Fire Cannon System used in explosion-proof fire engines was designed. Control the direction of the fire cannon model in the car , so that the exterior fire cannon can follow the fire cannon model real time. Using the resistive sensor and pulse encoder to derect the angle information, using AVR microcontroller ATmega16 to conduct the cab monitoring system control,and using STM32 MCU to conduct monitoring system control outside.
