摘要
实验室是高等学校的重要组成部分,实验室队伍建设是实验室建设的核心,实验室队伍肩负着高等学校培养学生实践能力和创新精神的重任。以适应创新型人才培养需求为目标,指出了实验队伍建设中亟待解决的问题,并就实验室管理体制改革和建设适应创新人才培养的实验教学团队等方面的探索与实践进行了阐述,对同类高校具有一定的参考价值。
Laboratory is an important part of colleges and universities, and laboratory team building is the core of laboratory construction. Laboratory team is responsibile for training students＇ practical ability and creative spirit. To meet the needs of innovative personnel training objectives, this paper pointed out some problems to be solved in laboratory team construction, and expounded on some exploration and practice in laboratory management system reform and the experimental teaching team construction for the cultivation of talented personnel etc. which are of some reference for similar colleges and universities.
