摘要
教育部在20世纪90年代末提出的高校高层次人才队伍建设工程旨在培养一支高素质、专业化的教师队伍。因此,高校高层次人才的培养已成为我国实施人才强国战略和高规格参与国际竞争面临的紧迫课题。文中在明确高校高层次人才概念和基本特征的前提下,从选才、育才、评价及激励约束等四个动态培养环节构建高校高层次人才的培养机制,尝试探索我国高校人才培养的合理模式.
The HQP( highly-qualified personnel)Project for Higher Education was initiated by Ministry of Education of China in 1998. Since then the study of how to cultivate the HQP has become a significant and urgent task, as it serves as a mirror of implementing the national strategy "Revitalizing China through Talents" and playing a predominant role on the world stage. Clearly putting forward the concept and rationale of HQP, this paper brings forward a reasonable cultivating mode of cultivating HQP by virtue of analyzing four dynamically cultivating layers, i.e. selection, cultivation, evaluation and motivation.
