摘要
目的:探讨对多发性骨折采取心理护理的方法及效果,为临床护理提供参考依据。方法:2010年2月-2012年2月笔者所在医院收治48例多发性骨折患者,均采取积极有效的术前及术后心理护理措施。结果:48例患者对于治疗措施及制定的康复锻炼计划均能较好地完成,患者满意度达100%。结论:通过心理护理可以有效改善患者的心理状态,提高预后,促使患者早期康复出院。
Objective ： To explore the muhiple fractures adopting psychological nursing method and its effect for clinical nursing care, to provide reference.Methods ：Selected 48 patients with multiple fractures from Feb 2010 to Feb 2012 in hospital, who adopt active and effective preoperative and postoperative nursing measures.Results ：48 cases of patients for treatment and the rehabilitation exercise program can be completed, the satisfactory rate was 100%.Conclusion ：Through psychological nursingcan effectively improve the psychological status ofthe patients, improvethe prognosis.
