摘要
以TI公司的TMS320F2812和PLX公司的PCI9052为基础,阐述基于DSP的运动控制卡的硬件设计和实现方案,对整个运动控制卡进行了详细的描述,并对其进行了分块说明,还介绍了板卡驱动程序的设计方法。采用DSP与PCI的通信方式,实现了上下位机的高速通信。由于DSP的高速处理能力,满足了整个控制卡的实时性和精度的要求。
Based on TMS320F2812 of TI company and PCI9052 of PLX company, the design of motion control board based on DSP and the implementation plan were introduced. The whole motion control board was described and its blocks were explained. The design method of the board drivers was introduced. Through the communications method combining DSP and PCI, the high speed com- munication between the upper and the lower computer was realized. Because of the DSP's features of very high handle speed, the whole motion control board's real-time and precision requirements were guaranteed.
