摘要
目的:观察多烯紫杉醇(泰索帝)联合顺铂(DDP)和5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)方案治疗晚期食管癌的疗效和不良反应。方法:对46例晚期食管癌患者给予泰索帝175mg/m2,每3周1次;DDP75mg/m2,每3周1次,5-FU,500～700mg/m2,持续静脉滴入5d,每28d为1个周期,至少2个周期以上进行评价。结果:46例患者均完成所需周期化疗。其中6例CR,14例PR,有效率(CR+PR)为43.5%。常见治疗毒性为骨髓抑制(100%),消化道反应(26.1%),黏膜炎(32.6%)和脱发(56.5%)。结论:泰索帝联合DDP和5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)方案治疗晚期食管癌有效,毒副反应可以耐受。
Objective： To observe the curative effect and adverse effect of paclitaxe（taxotere） plus cisplation（DDP） and 5-FU for advanced oesophageal cancer. Method： Forty-six patients were received taxotere 175 mg/m2 once per 3 weeks, DDP 75 mg/m2 once per 3 weeks, and 5-FU 500- 700 mg/m2, dl-dS, which 28 days was one cycle, and each patient should finish two cycles at least. All patients finished the treatment. Result： Six patients showed CR and fourteen patients showed PR among the 65 patients, giving an effective rate of 43.5%. The common adverse effect were bone marrow depression（100%）, gastrointestinal effect（26.1%）, blennymenitis（32.6%） and alopecia（56.5%）. Conclusion： The regiment is effective in treating advanced oesophageal cancer with tolerable adverse effect.
