摘要
目的研讨食管癌患者接受FOLFOX4方案化疗联合中药海藻玉壶汤合补中益气汤治疗的临床价值。方法选择50例食管癌患者做随机非盲实验并分为两组,Ⅰ组患者单纯接受FOLFOX4方案化疗,Ⅱ组患者在上述化疗下接受中药海藻玉壶汤合补中益气汤温服,观察评估两组的实体瘤疗效、卡氏评估情况、凝血功能及安全性。结果Ⅱ组相对Ⅰ组在实体瘤疗效、卡氏评估良好率上均显著提高,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅱ组各项凝血功能指标水平相对Ⅰ组均出现明显改善,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌患者实施FOLFOX4方案化疗配合中药海藻玉壶汤、补中益气汤温服是一种可行疗法,能够提升疗效,使患者获得更为良好的预后,同时该方案在安全性方面也较为可靠,值得推荐。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of FOLFOX4 chemotherapy combined with Haizao Yuhu Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 50 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in group I were treated with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy alone. Patients in group Ⅱ underwent chemotherapy with Haizao Yuhu Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, observations and assessments of the efficacy of solid tumors in the two groups, assessment of Cardiovascular disease, coagulation and safety. Results Compared with the control group Ⅰ, the curative effect of group Ⅱ was significantly improved（P 0.05）, and the level of coagulation function of group Ⅱ was significantly improved compared with that of group Ⅰ（P〈0.05）. Conclusion FOLFOX4 regimen chemotherapy combined with Chinese traditional medicine Haizao Yuhu Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is a feasible therapy for esophageal cancer patients, which can improve the curative effect and make the patients get better Of the prognosis, while the program is also more reliable in terms of safety, it is recommended.
