摘要
儿童保护在中国是一个既熟悉又敏感的话题,也是一个尚未被社会及政策所重视的社会问题。事实上,在中国传统观念和既有教育方式下,儿童正受到来自家庭内部的不同形式的不当对待与忽视。但家庭属于私密空间,发生在其内部的伤害儿童现象很难被发现。本研究选取与儿童生长、发展密切相关的另一重要群体——教师为研究对象,分析了教师群体在发现、辨别、证实和干预受虐及受忽视学龄儿童中的角色及作用。
Child protection is a sensitive and acquaintance topic in China, also a social problem having not be attached importance to by our society and policies, and most people do not agree to the presence of child abuse. In fact, under the Chinese traditional values and existing education modes, children are being treated improperly and neglected by members coming from families. Nevertheless, because family belongs to private space, it is very difficult to find out the incidence of maltreat and neglect within families. In this study, another important group-teachers, which closely relate with growth and development of children, have been chosen as the study objects, to analyze the role and function of teachers group in the course of finding, identifying, proving and intervene the abused and neglected children.
