摘要
通过DYNAFORM软件模拟圆锥保持架板料拉深成形过程和缺陷产生的情况,分析拉深件缺陷产生的原因。通过优化模具结构或工艺参数来减少或避免这些缺陷的产生,提高了拉深成形性能和效率,保证圆锥保持架拉深质量和低成本。
This paper intends to use DYNAFORM software to simulate deep drawing process of cone cage sheet metal and the cause of defects. Optimizing the mold structure or process parameters reduce or avoid the generation of these defects, and to im- prove the forming properties and efficiency, thus to ensure the cone cage to keep deep drawing quality and low cost.
