辅助生育技术中单卵双胎及其妊娠相关因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨辅助生殖技术(ART)治疗与单卵双胎(MZT)妊娠发生的相关性,分析MZT的可能发生机制。方法回顾行ART后临床妊娠的368个周期,比较行透明带显微操作和未经显微操作的2组患者间MZT妊娠的发生率。结果透明带显微操作临床妊娠112周期,MZT3例,发生率为2.68%;未经透明带显微操作临床妊娠226周期,MZT3例,发生率为1.33%,明显低于透明带显微操作组(P<0.05);透明带显微操作组中ICSI组发生率为0%,而AH组中发生率为0.45%,经AH操作后可明显增加MZT的发生率(P<0.05)。结论单卵双胎妊娠与胚胎透明带显微操作间有一定关系;ICSI的使用未增加MZT的发生率,而AH增加了MZT的发生率;严格把握AH指针可能是减少MZT妊娠的有效途径。
