摘要
目的观察护理干预对高血压患者行为、服药依从性的影响并反思存在的问题。方法对170例高血压患者进行护理干预并进行6个月前后比较。结果干预后高血压患者血压、行为习惯观察指标、服药依从性与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能提高高血压患者的知识水平、改变不良生活行为、提高患者服药依从性,但护理水平、患者自我管理水平有待提高和强化。
Objective To observe the effects on behavior or medication compliance after nursing intervention for hy- pertension patients and to reflect the problems. Methods A total of 170 hypertension patients from community health center were given nursing interventions for 6 months. Results Blood pressure and the behaviors indexes and the rate of medication compli- ance after the nursing intervention were significantly statistic, compare with before the nursing intervention （P 〈0. 05）. Con- clusion Nursing intervention can change the poor behaviors, enhance the rate of medication compliance of community hyperten- sion patients, but the nursing intervention quality need to be improved.
