摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在老年高血压护理中的临床价值。方法选取150例老年高血压患者进行前瞻性对照研究,按照随机数字表达法将其分为观察组与对照组各75例,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组则从心理、知识、运动、饮食、用药等多方面进行综合护理干预,比较2组患者的护理效果。结果观察组高血压知识掌握评分高于对照组,Morisy服药依从性评分低于对照组,不良生活行为控制量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)低于对照组,患者生活质量(QOL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理满意程度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理应用在老年高血压护理中,有助于改善患者遵医行为,纠正不良生活习惯,提升患者生活质量,改善护患关系。
Objective To explore clinical value of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 150 elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital conducted prospective controlled study. According to random digital expression method,the patients were divided into observation group（n = 75） and control group（n = 75）. The control group received conventional nursing intervention,while the observation group conducted comprehensive intervention in perspective of psychology,knowledge,exercise,diet,medication. Nursing efficacy of two groups were observed. Results The observation group had significantly higher score of hypertension knowledge,significantly lower compliance of Morisy medication,and higher adverse life behavior scale scores than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. The score of Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）in the observation group was significantly lower,and quality of life（QOL） score was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in the elderly hypertension nursing is helpful to improve patient＇s compliance behavior,correct the bad living habits,improve the quality of life of the patients and enhance the relationship between nurses and patients.
