摘要
介绍了国电太原电厂1座210m高烟囱的定向爆破拆除。通过对现场环境和影响倒塌因素的分析,设计该烟囱向北偏西定向倒塌。详述了爆破切口的选择、爆破参数的选取、延时起爆网路及安全防护等技术措施。爆后烟囱倒塌方向准确,爆破振动监测结果均小于允许的安全振动速度。该烟囱定向爆破取得了圆满成功。
Directional blasting demolition of a 210m high chimney in Guodian Taiyuan power plant was introduced. Through analyzing the field environments and influence factors of eollapse, the directional col lapse of the chimney was designed to north by west. The technical measures were introduced such as the selection of blasting cut, the selection of blasting parameters, delay detonating network, and safety pro- tection. The chimney collapsed in direction accurately after explosion and the results of blasting vibration monitoring were less than the allowable safety vibration velocity. Blasting demolition of the 210m high chimney was successful.
