摘要
针对磁性槽楔在电机运行中出现故障的实际工程问题,以一台异步风力发电机为研究对象,从其故障产生的原理出发,运用麦克斯韦张量法,求解了磁性槽楔在复杂气隙磁场中承受的电磁激振力的性质。计算考虑了同相槽和异相槽受力的区别,以及正常工况、突然短路工况下的瞬态过程,分析了规律,提出了电机设计建议,具有较高的工作实用价值和参考意义。
To investigate the magnetic wedge failure in generator, the paper calculates and analyses the electromagnetic force acted on magnetic wedge using the Maxwell tensor method. The calculations are done for transient behavior under nominal condition as well as 2 - phase and 3 - phase sudden short - circuit failure, for both in - phase slot and out - phase slot. Then several proposals are offered to generator/motor design.
