摘要
零售业是一个高度依赖供应链的行业,消费者品牌认同和购买选择很大程度上取决于零售企业是否对其供应链合作伙伴进行严格的社会责任审核和有效的供应链社会责任管理。从劳工权益、消费者权益、环境问题、供应链内部管理方式等方面,说明我国零售业供应链社会责任管理方面存在的各类不足,并在分析零售业供应链基本特征基础上,从认识基础、责任范围、管理制度、绩效评价体系、核心零售企业主导作用等几个方面,阐述构建零售业供应链责任管理机制的基本要件,提出强化零售业供应链责任管理的对策措施。
Retail industry is an industry highly dependent on supply chain. A consumer's brand recognition and purchase choice are highly determined by whether a retail enterprise can do a strict audit on social responsibility in supply chain partnership and implement the effective management of social responsibility management in supply chain. From labor rights, consumers' rights, environment issue, internal management mode of supply chain, etc. , this paper mainly explains the shortcomings in tradi- tional supply chain management of China's retail business. Based on the analysis of basic characteristics of supply chain in retail industry, from understanding basis, responsibility scope, management system, performance evaluation system, leading function of core retail enterprise, etc. , this paper elaborates the basic elements to construct the mechanism of supply chain responsibility management and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the supply chain responsibility management in retail industry.
