摘要
目的:探讨局部推拿结合热疗,对促进内瘘发育成熟的影响。方法:对拟做动静脉内瘘手术病人随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在术前、术后采用局部推拿结合热疗。观察指标:①手术后1个月内动静脉内瘘通畅情况。②术后1月多谱勒彩超测定内瘘血液量。③内瘘初次使用时间。结果:观察组30例病人,1个月内瘘通畅29例,1例出现栓塞;对照组4例出现栓塞。内瘘初次使用时间,观察组平均为22d,对照组平均为35d。观察组内瘘血流量1个月后为(270±51)ml/min,对照组为(230±68)ml/min,两者比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:局部推拿结合热疗对改善内瘘血流量,促进其发育成熟有较好作用。
Objective： To investigate the impact of local massage plus hyperthermia in promoting the arteriovenous fistula maturation. Methods： Arteriovenous fistula surgery patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, each for 30 cases; the control group was treated with the conventional method, and the observation group was treated by local massage plus hyperthermia at preoperative and postoperative. Outcome mersures： ①In the surgery latter 1 month arteriovenous fistula unobstructed situation. ②Atter the surgery, in the January multi-spectra force in the color ultra determination the fistula blood volume. ③Intemal fistula used for the first time. Results： The observation group 30 cases, in 1 month the fistula unobstructed 29 cases, 1 case appeared embolism; the control group 4 cases appeared embolism. Internal fistula used for the first time, the observation group an average of 22 days, the control group an average of 35 days. In the observation group the fistula blood stream measured 1 month later for （270_ 51） ml/min, the control group for （230± 68） ml/min, two groups of comparisons, between the two has a very significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Local massage plus hyperthermia had the better role of promoting their development and maturation and improving fistula blood flow.
