摘要
目的:应用多排螺旋CT灌注成像对椎基底动脉延长扩张症(VBD)患者及正常基底动脉的时间-密度曲线(TDC)进行定量分析,研究两者间的差异。方法:对14例VBD患者及22例正常志愿者进行头颅CT灌注检查,绘制基底动脉TDC图并对各参数进行量化及对照分析。结果:VBD组的达峰时间与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),VBD组比对照组达峰时间延长。VBD组的峰值及斜率与对照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。VBD组基底动脉直径与斜率呈正相关(P<0.05),与达峰时间及峰值无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:通过VBD患者TDC的定量分析研究,能了解VBD患者基底动脉的血流动力学情况。
Objective To analyze quantitatively the time-density curve (TDC) differences between vertebrobasila doliehoetasia (VBD) and normal groups after MSCT perfusion. Methods Fourteen cases of clinical confirmed VBD patients and twenty-two normal volunteers received CT perfusion of head, and the TDC figure of basilar artery was acquired to perform the quantitative analysis. Results The difference of time to peak (TP) between VBD and normal groups was significant (P 〈 0.05. No significant differences of peak of value (PV), slope (S) were found (P 〉 0.05 ). In VBD patients the positive correlation was found between the diameter of basilar artery and the slope (P 〈 0.05), no association was found between the diameter and TP, PV (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The quantitative study on the TDC can be used to analyze the hemodynamies of basilar artery in VBD patients.
