摘要
中国科学院上海生命科学研究院知识产权与技术转移中心和在其基础上成立的上海盛知华知识产权服务有限公司是具有国际水平的、专业化的知识产权管理与技术转移机构。通过上海生科院知产中心/上海盛知华公司的专业化管理,涌现出了一批知识产权转化的成功案例:近年来多项技术成果向国内外企业转移转化,更重要的是其中多项技术成果实现了向世界制药巨头、农业巨头的技术许可。本文对上海生科院知产中心/盛知华公司的工作模式、成功案例进行了详细介绍和分析,探讨了提高我国知识产权管理水平和转化能力所面临的问题和解决的途径。
The Office of Technology Transfer （OTT） at Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences （SIBS）, and Sinoipro IP Management and Technology Transfer Ltd. Co. （Sinoipro）, which was started based on the SIBS OTT, are internationally leading professional intellectual property management and technology transfer organizations. In the last several years, many technologies have been licensed to companies in China and/or abroad under the professional management of SIBS OTT/Sinoipro, producing a few successful technology transfer cases. Notably, several technologies were successfully licensed to global pharmaceutical or agricultural giants. This article described the operational model of SIBS OTT/Sinoipro and several successful technology transfer cases with detailed analysis. Furthermore, this article discussed the current challenges and potential solutions to improve China＇s capability of IP management and technology transfer.
