摘要
本文阐述了信息技术与企业信息管理的相互关系，以及利用信息技术成果实现企业管理信息系统的方法，给出系统平台的概念及其模型，使信息系统的建设更为规范、合理，真正成为企业管理的有力工具。
This paper describes the relationship between Information Technology and enterprise in- formation management, and discusses the methods to realize Enterprise Management Information System based on those achievements of IT. The concept and model of the system platforms are built so that the development of information systems would be more normative and reasonable, then the information systems could be the best and powerful tools of enterprise management.
