摘要
目的探讨奥扎格雷钠治疗椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的临床效果。方法将我院2009-11—2012-02收治的82例VBI患者随机分为观察组和对照组各41例,2组均给予综合治疗,观察组在综合治疗的基础上加用奥扎格雷钠。观察2组的起效时间及临床疗效。结果 2组患者经2周治疗后观察组总有效率为92.68%,对照组总有效率为73.17%,观察组起效时间为(3.7±1.5)d,对照组起效时间为(9.6±2.0)d,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率明显低于对照组。结论奥扎格雷钠治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效显著,起效迅速、安全,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ozagrel sodium in the treatment of vertebral artery insufficiency （VBI）. Methods Totally 82 cases of VBI patients admitted to our hospital from November 2009 to February 2012 were ran- domly divided into observation group and control group each 41 cases, the two groups were given comprehensive treatment, and observation group was given ozagrel sodium on the basis of comprehensive treatment. Onset time and clinical efficacy in two groups were observed. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was 92.68% ; the con- trol group was 73.17%. The onset time in observation group was （3.7±1.5） days, the control group was （9.6±2.0） days, the difference of two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Ozagrel sodium in the treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency has a significant clinical efficacy, rapid onset, safe and worthy of clinical application.
