摘要
目的:分析体育运动与医学生心理健康之间的关系。方法:分层随机对武汉某医学院536名医学生进行心理健康测量与体育运动参与程度调查。结果:医学生的心理健康水平低于全国同龄组大学生水平,经常参加体育运动医学生的心理健康水平好于不常运动的医学生;医学生的心理健康程度与每周参加运动的次数、时间及运动量有着显著性差异,参加体育运动年限越长,心理疾病越少。结论:在医学生教学中强化体育教育,对于促进大学生心理健康的发展具有积极作用。
Objective: The paper aimed at analyzing the relationship between the sports and mental health of medical students. Methods: Survey on 536 medical students about mental health and sports participation in a medical college, Wuhan. Results: The level of mental health of medical students was lower than the national level at same age group, the level of mental health of medical students exercised regularly was better than medical students no exercise. Conclusion: Strengthening physical education in the teaching of medical students has a positive role in promoting the development of students psychological health.
