摘要
目前国际上以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)的研究热点主要集中在其教学效果、面临挑战等。本文就当前PBL教学在医学院校的实践过程中取得的成绩及普遍存在的问题进行总结归纳,介绍医学院校和医学教育工作者近年来对于PBL教学在医学教育中应用的效果评价及改革办法,并对其如何进一步贴近我国医学生教学的实际情况和提高教学质量等方面进行思考,探讨改进办法。
At present, the hot issues of international problem-based learning (PBL) focus on teaching results with the challenges faced. The writers summarize the achievements and the generally existing problems in the practical teaching in medical colleges and universities, introduce the result evaluation and reform methods recently applied PBL teaching in medical education by medical colleges and medical educators, consider and explore the improving methods in order to make it closer to the practical situation of medical education for medical students in China and improve teaching quality.
