摘要
随着肿瘤相关领域及脊柱外科技术的发展,脊柱转移瘤的治疗理念亦有革命性转变,手术治疗已成为脊柱转移瘤治疗的主要方法之一。本文就脊柱转移瘤的外科评估、分型、治疗原则、手术及其他外科治疗方法的进展作一综述。
With the development of oncology and the technology of spine surgery, the concepts and methods in the treatment for spine metastasis have made great progress in recent years. Surgery has been accepted as one of the major and important treatment methods for spine metastasis. This review introduced the evaluation, classification, principles and methods of surgical treatment for spine metastasis.
