摘要
半夏厚朴汤源自《金匮要略》,是主治咽喉部有异物感的专方。导师谢春光教授在临床应用中多有发挥,用该方加减治疗瘿病,并对瘿病的病因病机有新的认识,导师在瘿病原有病机气、痰、瘀的基础上,重视肝火这一病理因素。故治疗上除理气化痰、消瘿散结为基本原则以外,引入去肝火的治疗原则,取得了良好的疗效。同时中医内科保守治疗亦避免和减轻了因外科手术给患者带来的痛苦和术后诸多并发症的问题。
Derived from Essentials from the Golden Cabinet, Banxia Houpo Tang （Pinellia and Officinal Magnolia Bark Decoction ） is a special prescription for treating foreign body sensation in pharynx and larynx. Professor XIE Chun-guang applies the modification of this prescription to treat simple goiter a lot, and develops new recognition of the etiology and pathogenesis. Based on causes, such as Qi, phlegm, and blood stasis, Professor Xie also emphasizes on liver fire. Therefore, besides the basic treatment principle of regulating Qi for eliminating phlegm, and relieving goiter and resolving masses, Professor Xie also treats from clearing liver fire and obtains good effect. Meanwhile, expectant treatment with TCM internal medicine relieves or avoids the patients＇ sufferings and complications caused by the surgery.
