摘要
对 5属 7种 30株酵母菌进行了富硒酵母的筛选 ,经过抗性筛选和摇瓶发酵培养获得 NK2和NK4两株富硒菌株 ,在 YEPD培养基 ,培养 2 0 h加硒 ,4 8h收获 ,富硒菌株的含硒量达到 80 0 μg/g干菌体。
The paper is about screening of rich selenium yeast in 30 strains of yeast from seven species in 5 genera.NK2 and KN4 belonging to rich selenium yeast have been obtained separately by resistant screening and flask fermentation.After the two strains have been inoculated for 20 h in YEPD,sodium selenite was added.Finally,the content of selenium in rich selenium strains has reached 800 μg/g in dry strains after 48 h.
